Terms of Service

1. General. The Gallery 53 website is operated by Ofir Ovrutzki, exempt dealer no. 318518339 (“the Store”). Address: Glil Yam, Herzliya. Phone: 052-620-1287. Email: hello@gallery-53.com. Use of the site and purchases are subject to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies. Placing an order confirms you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Age and eligibility. Purchases are permitted for customers aged 18 or over holding a valid payment method in their own name. A minor may purchase only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and prices. Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪). The Store is an exempt dealer and does not charge VAT; a receipt is issued for every purchase. Prices, products and availability may change at any time; the price shown when the order is placed applies. Product images are illustrative; slight colour differences may occur. Vintage items are sold as described on the product page.

4. Orders and payment. An order is confirmed once payment is captured; confirmation is sent by email. Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bit or PayBox through a secure checkout. The Store may cancel an order in case of a pricing or description error, stock shortage or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

5. Delivery. We ship across Israel, free, to your door. Objects arrive within 12-24 business days; Vintage and Creations within 5-10 business days. Full details in the Shipping policy.

6. Cancellation and returns. Before delivery: an order may be cancelled from the moment it is placed until delivery. If it has not yet shipped, a full refund is issued; if it has shipped, the item is returned as described below. After delivery: orders may be cancelled and items returned within 14 business days of receipt, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Cancellation is made in writing to hello@gallery-53.com, or by phone at 052-620-1287, with your order number and full name. Items must be returned complete, unused and in original packaging where possible. For change-of-mind cancellations a fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100 (the lower) may apply, and return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the cancellation notice to the original payment method. Customers with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may cancel within 4 months, subject to the law. Items made specifically for the customer cannot be cancelled (section 14C(d)). 7. Product warranty. If an item arrives damaged, broken or different from its description, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos; the Store will cover the return and offer repair, replacement or a full refund, at the customer's choice. New items (Objects) carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery. Vintage items are second-hand, sold in their described condition, and not covered for natural wear. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, dropping or improper handling. The Store and anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage to the customer or a third party resulting from use of a product not in accordance with its purpose or instructions, including electrical items (lamps). Information and descriptions on the site are illustrative and do not constitute professional advice.

8. Privacy. Personal information is used only to process and deliver orders and is never sold to third parties. See the Privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property. All site content - text, images, logo and artworks - belongs to the Store or its creators and may not be used without written permission.

10. Liability. The Store's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product, without derogating from consumer rights under law. The Store is not liable for carrier or force-majeure delays but will assist with any claim.

11. Governing law. Israeli law applies; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Central District.
